5 sunny acres in Parkdale with irrigation

5 sunny acres in Parkdale with irrigation, the Baldwin creek running through and a small seasonal pond.  Mostly open meadow, basically flat except for where the water runs.  I live on site with my two children and dogs.  Currently a wild meadow but could be so much more!  I am very interested in allowing the land to grow food and help pay for itself but as a single parent I don’t have the time and energy to do so.  Looking for a great fit to help co-create something successful!  Farms close to have done very well with crops like blueberries, lavender etc beyond the normal Parkdale orchards.  If you think you might be interested in this fun adventure please text or email!  I’ve never leased land or farmed so I have a large learning curve~  but I’m positive, respectful and easy going and I look forward to a new adventure!  (No cannabis please)
