5-7 acres of usable Land

Description

Hello my name is Stan Ware I own 40 acres of land in grants pass/ rogue river area. I have 5-7 acres of usable land with an irrigation ditch running through the property which could possible be a bonus with the rights to the water. There are two old houses that need to be removed.  The property is at an inclination but could be perfect to let water cycle from the top to the bottom. Please call me at 225 572 9459 if anyone is interested to come out and take a look at the land. Facilities could possibly be built  on the other 40 acres for storage or processing as well.
