1 to 5 acres available in willamette valley, minutes outside of Dallas, Oregon

Description

We own 7+ acres of AG property in Dallas, Oregon and we are not farmers!  We have been maintaining a farm deferral since moving here in 2021, but we have come to a point that we are considering moving because we do not have the passion to continue to farm. The property is relatively flat and fully fenced.  It has the potential for hot wire along the entire fence.  There is a full barn that we would be ‘including’ to whoever leased the property. The property itself has controlled, gated access.  There is a drainage ditch that runs down the middle of the south field, seasonally fills.  There is also a seasonal creek that borders the property on the west side that we have water rights to.   I am open to ideas to see if we can make this work!
