~1 Acre in The Dalles

1 Acre of pasture/farm land just outside the city limits of The Dalles. We’re looking for someone to partner with that would be interested in farming the land. We’ve considered converting the land into an orchard, or growing nursery plants. This property has lots of opportunity! It will however require someone who can give some attention to the infrastructure and soil. The land has been used for pasture/grazing land over the last 20+ years. Our goal is to improve the quality of the soil and land, and begin preparing the land for horticulture. We’d love to find someone who is also interested in applying permaculture principles.
